The exterior painting and carpentry done by Jose and his crew was sub-par at best. Spackle was apparently used to repair wood; deck spindles ate not aligned and the handrail which is barely used since it's a side entrance; is coming un-nailed. Jose was supposed to return the next sorting since it was too cold for stain. Then we were told he was too sick. Even once he was back to work, he's made no attempt to correct this. over a dozen times I have contacted him. See more See less

Jose does great work for a really good price. He has done work for our rental that we sold which had multiple offers and got my Mom’s townhouse walk thru ready in a couple of days with a moments notice. That property also had multiple offers within days. He also will not cut corners and will make sure the job is complete. See more See less
